Our story

A company built around its clients' needs.

CONCIPI was born from a simple conviction: to support a company effectively, you have to understand its trades, its constraints and the difficulties it faces on the ground.

Three businesses, one logic.

Our story begins in industry, continues with the recruitment of technical skills and leads us today to developing digital solutions.

We did not add activities to widen our offer. Each business was born from a real need, met on our projects, with our partners and in the way we work ourselves.

    Industrial roots

    It all starts with engineering: designing and supporting industrial projects. Every assignment revealed a need we could not ignore.

  2. 2024

    Talents arrives

    Our projects called for precise, sometimes rare skills. Finding the right people and structuring teams became a business in its own right.

  3. 2026

    Digital is born

    By equipping our own assignments and our partners', we designed our own software. ICS and Aptessia were born from real needs.

2023

Ingénierie

Engineering, where it all started

Understanding industry to better support its projects.

CONCIPI has its roots in hands-on experience, from machining to mechanical design and then the development of industrial products.

That path taught us the realities companies face: technical requirements, production constraints, control of lead times and the need to have the right people.

In 2023, we founded CONCIPI in Nantes to support companies in their industrial projects.

Mechanical design, product development, reverse engineering, outsourced studies or technical assistance: step by step, we built an offer able to adapt to every stage of a project.

Our first ambition: to let our clients bring their projects to life, whatever their engineering needs.

2024

Talents

Talents, an answer born from engineering

Because a project cannot move forward without the right skills.

Mission after mission, one thing became clear: companies' difficulties are not always purely technical.

Our partners may have solid projects, yet struggle to recruit the engineers, technicians or experts needed to deliver them.

We know these trades. We know what a role in a design office, in engineering or in an industrial environment involves.

So we naturally began helping our partners find and assess their future team members.

That is how CONCIPI Talents was born, our business dedicated to recruiting and structuring technical teams.

With our Capacity offer in particular, we develop recruitment and pre-recruitment solutions suited to companies' constraints.

Engineering taught us to understand projects. Talents lets us bring together the skills needed to move them forward.

2026

Digital

Digital, tools designed from our own needs

We could not find tools that fitted the way we work. So we decided to build them.

As our engineering and recruitment businesses grew, we met a new difficulty: organising our processes efficiently, centralising our information and limiting repetitive tasks.

The tools on the market did not fit our way of working or cover all our needs.

Rather than adding more software and more data entry, we chose to develop our own solutions.

That is how ICS was born, our ERP, designed to bring sales follow-up, recruitment, management and inventory into a single environment.

Our recruitment experience also led us to design Aptessia, a platform that supports companies and HR professionals from defining their needs to testing and assessing candidates.

These developments first answer problems we know first-hand.

They then let us take a new step: putting our software design capability at the service of other companies.

That is how CONCIPI Digital grew, our business dedicated to business software, automation and bespoke digital solutions.

We apply to software the same method as to engineering: understand a need, design a suitable answer and evolve it with its users.

Today, CONCIPI supports companies in three fields:

  • Ingénierie

    We study, design and support the delivery of industrial projects, from taking on a specification to reinforcing a design office.

  • Talents

    We find technical skills, support recruitment and help build and structure teams.

  • Digital

    We design business software and bespoke digital solutions, drawing in particular on our experience with ICS and Aptessia.

These businesses share one culture: analysis, design and the search for concrete solutions.

A client may call on us for one specific need. When their project requires it, we can also bring in complementary skills.

We do not try to sell all our services, but to offer the right answer to each situation.

Two stories, the same philosophy

Two real situations, told anonymously.

From a partner: ten months of searching, fifteen days to find

A partner contacted us after learning we also did recruitment. They had been looking for an operations manager for ten months, through two recruitment agencies, who offered on average two to three CVs a month.

Once CONCIPI was mandated, with no commitment, four candidates were presented within fifteen working days, including the one who matched the role perfectly.

That manager is now in the role, thriving and taking on more responsibility.

From a Concipien: a CV that didn't fit, on paper

An industrial draftsman had been looking for a role for months and had to take a job in food processing in the meantime.

On paper, his CV did not match the criteria of an industrial partner looking for a draftsman. After several conversations, we chose to trust him and explained his real potential to the partner, beyond his career path alone.

He is now employed by that partner.

Where we are

We are based in Nantes, at 43 Quai Malakoff.

Depending on the project, we work at your premises or from our design office; the scope of our work is agreed with you.
