Concipi did not start with a marketing plan. The company was built project after project, through technical rigor and trust earned on the ground.

The origin

Behind CONCIPI lies a career path: first a machinist, then a mechanical designer, and finally a product development manager.

A path shaped by a strong conviction: industry cannot move forward without putting people and human connection back at its center.

That is how Steeven founded CONCIPI with a clear vision: reinvent industrial engineering by placing collaboration, meaning and human fulfillment at the heart of every project.

Founding

Concipi starts as a classic industrial engineering firm.

CONCIPI

Borrowed from the Latin concipio, is, ere: to form, to create, to constitute.

In the form of the present passive infinitive, meaning "to be conceived".

An idea, a concept, a project, a product... So many perspectives waiting to be conceived in order to become real.

At CONCIPI, conception means forming a team alongside you, creating a project that looks like you, and building a framework that lets it grow sustainably.

An industrial project rests on two pillars: technical mastery and the right human skills. Without expertise, a project is poorly structured. Without the right resources, it doesn't move forward.

That is why CONCIPI is organized around two complementary Business Units. Expertise structures, Capacity strengthens.

Two stories, the same philosophy

From a partner: ten months of searching, fifteen days to find

A partner contacted us after learning we also did recruitment. They had been looking for an operations manager for ten months, through two recruitment agencies, who offered on average two to three CVs a month.

Once Concipi was mandated, with no commitment, four candidates were presented within fifteen working days, including the one who matched the role perfectly.

Thanks to Concipi, the partner gained speed and relevance: in fifteen working days, they had their new manager, when two recruitment agencies had failed to deliver in ten months. That manager is now in the role, thriving and taking on more responsibility.

From a Concipien: a CV that didn't fit, on paper

An industrial draftsman had been looking for a role for months and had to take a job in food processing in the meantime.

On paper, his CV did not match the criteria of an industrial partner looking for a draftsman. After several conversations, we chose to trust him and explained his real potential to the partner, beyond his career path alone.

He is now employed by that partner.
