Aptessia

Aptessia, BPM software dedicated to recruitment

Aptessia is software developed by CONCIPI to support companies and HR professionals in carrying out their recruitment.

BPM stands for Business Process Management. BPM software describes a process as successive steps, assigns each task to the right person and tracks progress from end to end. Nothing gets lost between two people.

Applied to recruitment, Aptessia structures the recruitment process, from expressing the need to testing and assessing candidates. Complementary to our recruitment activity, it is also used beyond industrial trades.
