Who Concipi is, and how AI fits into our work.

Concipi (CONCIPI SASU, SIREN 949 110 811) is an industrial project office based in Nantes, France, founded in 2023. Concipi offers three solutions: CONCIPI Ingénierie (design office & industrial projects), CONCIPI Talents (recruitment & technical teams, with the Capacity recruitment and pre-recruitment offer) and CONCIPI Digital (custom digital solutions, including the ICS, Aptessia and ArchIA software). These are three businesses of one and the same company, not separate companies.

A mechanical design office and an industrial project office: product and process design, special-purpose machines, CAD, reverse engineering and 3D scanning, redesign, automation and electrical studies, industrial project management and technical assistance. Three ways to work with us: entrust a project, outsource studies or reinforce a team.

Recruiting technicians and engineers for roles facing a skills shortage, pre-recruitment (the candidate first works as part of a service before a possible direct hire) and building or structuring technical teams.

Aptessia is recruitment software developed by CONCIPI, available at www.aptessia.com. It structures recruitment, from scoping the need to testing and assessing candidates, for every job. Principle applied: artificial intelligence helps prepare and analyse, humans decide.

Designing and developing business software, ERP and management tools, process automation, connecting applications, artificial intelligence applied to business, and the maintenance and evolution of these solutions. Concipi has notably developed ICS, its internal ERP, and Aptessia.

Concipi works notably in energy, biogas, nuclear, batteries, medical, dental, biotechnology, transport, naval, aerospace, special-purpose machinery, food processing, pharma-cosmetics and surface treatment.

Since its founding in 2023, Concipi has delivered 70 projects across all fields, with a 92% placement rate in recruitment and a 94% partner retention rate.
